Stir-fry with Bimi® and sugarsnaps
Prep time: 15 minutes
Servings: 2 persons

250 gram Bimi®
150 gram sugar snaps
1 red onion
¼ zucchini
Tbsp olive oil
Sea salt

Chop the onions, the zucchini  and, if you want to, the sugar snaps.

Heat olive oil in a wok. Add all the vegatables. Stir fry on high heat for around 6 minutes.
Sprinkle some sea salt over the dish and enjoy your healthy stir-fry!
