Healthy Mix of vegetables and beef

Servings: 4 persons


400 gr beef steak
2 packs of Sosana Wok Mix*
2 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tbs oyster sauce
Olive oil
3 tsp sesame seeds
350 gr noodles

* Sosana Wok Mix:
Tenderstem ® Broccoli (Bimi), mangetout, baby salad onion, baby corn, garlic, 2 chilli peppers.

Preparation noodles
Cook as per instructions on packet.

Preparation beef
Heat olive oil in a wok. Briefly fry beef steak on both sides. Add pepper and  salt to taste. Take out and cut in thin slices.

Preparation Wok Mix
Trim the end off the baby salad onion and peel and chop the garlic. Slice up the chillies or leave whole for less heat. Add more olive oil to the wok if necessary and add all the ingredients from the Sosana wok mix.  Stir Fry on high heat for around 2 minutes. Add the soy sauce and oyster sauce and fry for a further 2 minutes. 

Lastly add the cut up pieces of steak with the sesame seeds until the steak is hot.

Serve with the cooked noodles and enjoy!
